Support Policies
In order to keep purchase prices low, Service
Management Solutions provides free support and free updates via electronic
submission (email) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Emails are normally answered within a few hours of submission on regular
business days.

Purchase Policies
Please download a demo and use programs before purchasing. There are
no cancelations or refunds once purchased.
Switching software after a purchase is only permitted if licenses have not
been issued. A 15% service charge on the original purchase price will
apply.

of SMS Maintenance and Support Plans, features and availability
are subject to change.
