In order to keep purchase prices low, Service Management Solutions provides free support and free updates via electronic submission (email) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Emails are normally answered within a few hours of submission on regular business days.

Purchase Policies

Please download a demo and use programs before purchasing.  Once software is purchased, we cannot refund your purchase. 

If license key(s) have not been issued, we will allow you to switch to a different SMS software package.  A 15% service charge on the original purchase price will apply.
